How I got here
I trained in theatre. I wrote and directed a play about a crocodile, then designed sets for commercials, where nothing ever went as planned.
Then I started businesses: a pet food factory, then a prop rental shop. Later I moved to New York, ran events across North America for a premium chocolate company, and designed the event system teams used to plan them.
Different domains, same habit: I can't leave a clunky process alone. I watch how people actually work, then make it easier.
The journey continues
Right now I'm building an ERP for a hair salon with AI coding agents. I worked in a salon for a year, long before any of this, and it turns out that helps. The tools keep changing. The habit stays the same.
